With a strong background in international wealth structuring and private banking, Estelle Polan has built a career dedicated to helping clients and partners design innovative cross-border financial strategies. As Business Development Director at ARI Financial Group Switzerland, she focuses on developing strategic relationships with private banks, family offices, and wealth managers, delivering tailored wealth and estate planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families worldwide.

Estelle began her career in Paris at ODDO BHF, advising private bankers and clients on wealth and estate planning through Luxembourg and international life insurance structures. She later joined Natixis Investment Managers, strengthening her expertise in portfolio construction and institutional distribution strategy.

After moving to Geneva, she joined Cedrus & Partners, where she specialized in institutional business development and complex asset structuring, including private equity. Her experience at the London Stock Exchange Group further expanded her knowledge of financial risk, compliance, and international sales strategy.

Before joining ARI Financial Group, Estelle led the Geneva office of Utmost Group, managing strategic relationships with Swiss and international private banks, family offices, and wealth managers. During her time there she developed multi-market wealth and estate planning solutions for (U)HNW individuals, families, and entrepreneurs across Europe, Latin America, US and Asia.

Estelle holds two MBA degrees from McGill University and Financial Business School in Paris, and she is fluent in French and English.
