Rimma Portnova plays a pivotal role in the global operations of ARI Financial Group, ensuring seamless management and integration across all the firm's offices. She collaborates closely with ARI’s Managing teams to spearhead long-term financial planning, assess risks, and capitalize on opportunities aligned with the company’s mission. Additionally, Rimma is responsible for cultivating and maintaining key external relationships with bankers, investment advisors, legal counsels, insurance carriers, and corporate service providers.

Samriddhi Sharma supports ARI International’s Swiss division in Advanced Planning and International Underwriting. With a sharp analytical mindset and strategic approach, she works closely with sales teams to craft tailored life insurance solutions for high-net-worth clients. Drawing on a wide network of insurance carriers, Samriddhi develops detailed policy illustrations and conducts thorough financial analyses. She ensures that policies are underwritten effectively by evaluating each client’s unique needs, risk profiles, and medical histories.
